O Roanoke!

My brother reports that the storm currently afflicting the South and Northeast dropped 18 inches of snow in his driveway yesterday.  He lives near Roanoke, VA.

That is 18 inches from bare ground.  And this is wet, heavy snow, as befits a storm which is coating lots of places with up to a half-inch of ice.  Obviously, I won't complain about the weather in Northeast Lower Michigan! •••
