Interrupted

I was hustling around this morning, getting ready to drive over to Petoskey, when R.J. showed up with his bulldozer to spread the big pile of fill dirt he brought me several weeks ago.  We've had so much rain this month that R.J. has had trouble getting people the fill dirt and topsoil they want.  After three days of rain, my pile was basically mud, but he decided to spread it as best he could.  With the pile gone, I can ask the propane company to relocate the tank, and Frontier to bury my phone wire.  I will also have R.J. install the window well for the basement window.

And today I'll go to Gaylord instead — it's closer and a pleasant drive, too.  Photos of R.J. at work tomorrow. •••
